Shop Policies

 

Processing Time

  • Please remember that shipping time does not include processing time!
     

  • The time it takes to fill an order varies between 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). After package is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS/DHL/UPS for delivery.

Shipping

  • We cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates. 
     

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
     

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of purchasing. Because processing begins immediately, address revisions may not be possible if your order has already been packaged. 
     

  • If your order gets redirected back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at uniqueyewnork@gmail.com. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

  • Once your package is released to the freight forwarder, any additional shipping information or documentation beyond what is included with your order cannot be provided. Assistance with lost, damaged, or undelivered items must be directed to freight forwarder. 

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • Currently, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
     

  • Changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase – this includes order cancellations and address revisions. However, because processing begins immediately, cancellations and address revisions may not be possible if your order has already been packaged. 
     

  • Separate orders cannot be combined.
     

  • Please report any issues with your order upon delivery via email info.uniqueyewnork@gmail.com. Assistance outside of a 5-day grace period is unavailable. Please also note the assistance with lost, damaged, or undelivered items must be directed to freight forwarder.
